Processing & Delivery Times
- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and official holidays).
- Domestic (Netherlands) orders: Estimated delivery is 1–3 business days after shipment.
- International orders: Delivery times vary by location and can take 5–21 business days, depending on customs processing at the destination.
Shipping Costs
- Netherlands: Standard shipping rates apply. Shipping is free for orders over €41,99
- International: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination country. Any import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
Tracking & Delivery
- Where possible, tracking information is provided with each order.
- Make sure your shipping information is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
